First impression
I tried the app when it first came out at the cost of $16/ month. At the time I felt that was a bit to much to spend but if it really helped my business it would be worth it. Im a one man show and I book my own appointments. I found the app really didnt do much other than show booked appointments that I didnt make. If I wanted to see other open calls I needed the po# handy. After the first month I cancelled the renewal. I couldnt justify the expense if it had no value. So now Im thinking of giving the app another try but I see that the price is now $27/ month. Its really going to have to dazzle me to be worth the money. Please lower the price and maybe provide a trial period for customers to see if this app is any help to their business.

Seriously? You want $30 per month per technician? What a great app and What a horrible rip! Guess I will be deleting this one!
Service bench user
I have iPhone 4S and cant scroll up or down ... Interface looks cool need a fix on the scrolling I have the current iOS and updates.
app doesnt work
App wont open,unable to detect internet connection,app is useless....sorry no good
Must buy license to use
Dont even bother downloading - you have to buy a license to use mobile version. Just go to ServiceBench.com (where you can never find what youre looking for anyway; most user-unfriendly site EVER).
